Whether you head up a student ministry full-time, part-time, or are just really passionate about reaching students in your area we would love to support you!
We provide spaces to connect with other people involved in student ministry, learn from one another, receive input from the Fusion Team and pray together throughout the year
STUDENT WORK TRAINING
We offer training to people who work with students throughout the year. Each session has a different focus or theme. We have input, discussions, prayer and a chance to connect with other Scottish student workers. Some of our sessions are done online and others are in person.
ONE-TO-ONES
If there is an aspect of student ministry you’d like to specifically discuss with us we would love to meet you either virtually or in-person for a one-to-one. With over a decade of student ministry experience we have a bunch of ideas, tips and advice to help you thrive in your role as you serve the students of your city.
HUDDLES
Student work can be a lonely role, therefore we have created an opportunity for student workers to intentionally journey through the year together. It is a space to discuss some of the aspects of student ministry, learn from, encourage and pray for one another.
MISSION TRAINING
There are many different ways for students to share their faith. In order to help students take the first steps in sharing their faith we have developed an evangelistic survey which gets students out on campus and talking about Faith, Church, the Bible, Prayer and Jesus! If you would like to take part in this then drop us a message to find out when we are coming to your city.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
We believe small groups play a crucial role in reaching and discipling students. We provide training for you and your small group leaders to help you run effective and exciting student small groups. We offer 360° training on leading small groups or sessions focusing on a specific aspect of leading well.
BESPOKE
If you would like us to provide input for your team or student community that we don’t currently offer then get in touch. We are happy to discuss bespoke training that is created for your context.
